How MBD Search Engine works Part 2
Searching process from the point of vew of implementation consists of sequence of some actions. When user presses 'Search' button MBD Search Engine looks for search request words positions using index and finally forms sequnce of found text pages. This process takes about 0.1 sec for 10 Gb database or 1 sec for 100 Gb database. After that, MBD Search Engine immediatelly displays found text pages for the user from the encoded text storage (<0.1 sec) . If there are link to the pictures in the text, pictures are extracted from the pictures storage and also displayed. Thus user obtains all desired information in a fraction of a second. If user wants to view source document he clicks 'Document' button and source document is loaded from the external storage and shown in the native viewer. If MBD Search Engine database contains internal source documents, document is extracted from the internal encoded source document storage and shown in the MBD Search Engine Viewer.
